Software For Setting Affinity For Programs

hi all

just a question if anyone here knows of software that allows you to set which cpu's you want to use for a particular program i might be using regularly ?

i know you can do it in task manager but if you quit you have to do it again

just wondering if anyone knows of any software that could do the same ?

running windows 7 64 bit
