William Optics P-FLAT4 Adjustable Flattener

***SOLD***

Hi guys,

I purchased this flattener for my Megrez 90FD but unfortunately.. it is not compatible.
It was bought new and used only once, due to the above, so is still in new condition.

It is a flattener and 0.75x reducer and is suitable for,
Megrez 90 (current 3rd gen model with white focuser body... it will not work with black-focusser 1st and 2nd gen M90's)
FLT98
FLT110
FLT132
Will suit other 500-1000mm FL scopes too.

More information and pricing available on William Optics P-FLAT4 page.

Currently sells for $299
I'll send it to you for $250 + $10 postage. ***SOLD***

Cash or Direct Deposit preferred,
Paypal available however extra charges apply(3%)

I have this flattener on my ED80 and it works a treat. Almost a must have for ED80s.

Hello Ross,
Unfortunately I have no experience with the Megrez110.

At F5.95, the M110 would have a FL of ~655mm which is within the 500-1000mm FL specs of the flattener.
What I don't know however, is if the M110 has enough in-focus.
My M90 doesn't, but some M90's do...

According to the WO website, their Flattener II is the one to use with M110.

I have an orion 102 with a focal length of 714 F7, I use a 5d mkII that is full frame. From what I can read this should suit my set up. Not being to savy with this sort of thing do you think it will work with my set up. If it does, I'll take it, pm me your bank details I'll deposit the cash tonight.

Hi WR,
The FF4 needs a lot of in-focus.
I just stopped down the aperature on my M90 to 30mm, took it outside, pointed it at the Sun and measured the focal point distance from the focuser(fully racked in) as ~135mm.
I worked out the FF4 needs another 15 to 20mm, so about 150 to 160mm of in-focus.

If your 102 has more than 160mm of back-focus then you are golden.
