Space Shuttle landing

Is anyone watch the Space Shuttle landing?

About 1 hour to de-orbit burn.

Yes excellent. Hard to believe that was the last time we'll see the shuttles.
Still annoyed I missed the launch.

Interesting observation.. when the watch count got over 80,000 there was a bit of stutter to the feed, but on going to full screen it was smooth as right up to 120,000 viewers.
Then as soon as the toolbar(?) appears in fullscreen mode(after moving mouse).. the stutter reappears. Strange.

Edit: Watch count just dropped under 80,000 again.. all stutter gone.

Oh? Though I heard somewhere that was it.

LOL, just listening to the guys switching things off. Control asked to switch something on then off again. Turns out the switch is faulty. Control says "Dicky switch... Ok.. well just remember not to use that one on the next flight"
haha

Impressive IR footage.. watching the tyres go from jet-black to white hot in a fraction of a second.

For Discovery, that was the last flight but there are 2 more shuttle flights later this year.
