Recommended mount for 15x70 Celestron Binoculars?

I just purchased a pair of Celestron 15x70 binoculars and a Velbon cx-640 tripod to accompany it (http://www.digitalcamerawarehouse.com.au/prod4913.htm). Whilst it can JUST handle the binoculars, I would like something which is a little more solid, but with the same crank and head design.

Any recommendations out there?

I use this with any of my binos http://www.digitalcamerawarehouse.com.au/prod3023.htm

I like the ball head.
I has copped a lot of abuse over the years and still works well!

Does it have a crank for raising and lowering the binos? I would prefer a video head for binoculars rather than a ball head. I've tried using my Manfrotto ballhead and it wasn't a pleasure to use unfortunately.

Cheers
