See here if you still cannot get the spreadsheet - http://www.beevo.com/dec_assemble.htm, at the bottom of this page there's a table to work out all the referenced measurements in the earlier paragraphs

Talk to Peter (peter_4059). He's been through the whole hypertune thing on an EQ6 and is all over it.
