These binoviewers have large prisms to provide the widest fully illuminated field possible through a telescope using binoviewers. Most binoviewers have smaller prisms and consequently smaller fully illuminated fields of view. The price of these units reflects the expense of larger, higher quality prisms. Good optics do not come cheap.
