Full Moonage 20/12

Full Moon!
Good practice for tonights performance!

34 x 1000th sec using the Canon 550d @ iso100 and ED80.
Stacked in Registax 5 and tweaked in CS3.

Very Nice shot. I'm hoping to get out this evening and take some eclipse shots.
Praying for clear skies
Wonder what it will look like at 19:15 though and still light ?

Very nice Jeanette, good luck with the eclipse. I will be imaging Jupiter in what looks to be very promising conditions, looking forward to your images of the eclipse.

Regards
Trevor

I love your moon shots. It looks like the 550d gives a lot sharper image than my 400d but that is probably an 18Mp camera.
