New from ADM, not used. One is still sealed, the other has been opened but as far as I can recall, never used.
Use them to mount a light guide scope to a Vixen style rail, or a finder/guider as I do. The sealed unit has a couple of allen head screws, the other no screws, these are not difficult to find though.
