Flight - template for technology

Cormorants are spectacular. Observing their nest building antics at a rookery near home provided quite a bit of entertainment and a photographic challenge. Sorry about the focus and so on. Not an easy target - a technique that requires a bit of refining.

These guys are long range, endurance, maneuverable, fast, mission oriented performers.

If your familiar with late 50's - 80's aircraft, then you may get a kick out of this collage.

A striking resemblance - but you most likely won't see them in Australia.

Vulcan - delta wing transonic long range bomber.
Does the U2 need an introduction? spy plane - long floppy straight wings
The A10 is a low level straight wing ground attack aircraft.
The Buccaneer was for a long time the fastest low level bomber.
