Kite Surfing at the Entrance

The family and I went to The Entrance about a month ago, and I took the tripod and camera along, and took these photos of some Kite Surfers strutting their stuff.

Taken with the 350D and 75-300mm lens @ 300mm.

They looked great in action, and hopefully these shots showcase some of their talents on display.

Nice action shots Mike, probably harder than it looks from your side of the camera.

Some very nice shots there, well done on capturing the action! That 350D does a nice job.

Nice shots Mike, I have a mate with a kitesurfer, it is a lot harder than it looks and can be quite dangerous as well.

Thanks guys.

Yeh I used the burst mode, it captures at 3fps so it's quite good catching the action shots.

I have a friend who does it too - I might find out when they're doing at next and get closer to the action.
