two beautiful groupings of prominences-stunning.

last week's mega filament has finally disappeared though- i didnt get a chance to look at the sun over the week

man ever since I have got the spectrum 60 its been great observing the sun..now I can see with my own eyes what the imagers are able to capture

I was so impressed I actually-for the first time ever-sketched it...on just some handy note paper...but here 'tis

unfortunately that is it pretty much for the next week thanks to rain and cloud....

Must be both awesome and eerie see these things with your own eyes, especially as they change right before your eyes too.
