Ngc6729

Last one for now (I promise) NGC6729 from Astrofest. This was the first image I got (from the first Friday night) when I was shaking things down and was probably the best. This was 66x5mins with the QHY8pro/Newt.

A wider FOV would have suited this object better however I'm really pleased with the details.

Thanks Dave. As for reproing - I've got 2 weeks all to myself coming up - might find some time soon

Good stuff mate. Camera seems to be working well. The glob and dust look great.

Very nice image Peter. Detail is great but I can't help thinking a bit of image shift on a few subs in the final stack. The glob almost looks like some stars have been double exposed.
Sorry to be so pickey but I think it is worth a repro.

Thanks for all the comments. Doug, I agree the glob looks a bit soft and had assumed the foocus wasn't quite right. Will have a closer look at the original subs and see if I can get a better stack to work with.
