Lectures on the Universe

I hope I've posted this in the right place. I'm looking for some names of good lectures/doco's on Youtube. I just bought an LED/LCD TV that has Netcast and have been watching talks, etc, on Youtube, the last one I watched was "A Universe From Nothing' by Lawrence Krauss, AAI 2009". What do you guys think of this one ? He's actually pretty funny. I really want to try and understand alot of this stuff.

Thanks
Craig

Hi Guys;

I'd say this would be the place to raise any questions you might have as a result of consuming the stuff in these lectures.

Cheers

Hi,

Just search Youtube on the term "universe". You find a couple of series by Stephen Hawking, and quite a few others on cosmology also.

Cheers

Hi guys, this be my first post here. That Lawrence Krauss lecture is great. I believe that lecture was introduced by Richard Dawkins at an atheist alliance event. If you are interested in that area, A scientist/astronomer called thunderf00t has some interesting videos which focus on skepticism. The 0's are zeros.

Also of interest are these

ucberkeley - the Official Channel of the University has hundreds of lectures on all manner of topics
astrophoto - There is an interesing lecture by Dr.Mario Mariotta on his 32 inch telescope and observatory. Warning: you will get jealous.
cronoslogic - has hubblecasts
stevebd1 - some astronomical stuff
SixtySymbols - more astronomy stuff
