vdB 153

Here is another van den Bergh object in Cepheus. This is vdB 153.
There is a lot going on in this little corner of the sky. vdB 153 is
the small blue reflection nebula in the center. Sh2-140 is in the
lower right of the frame.

WOW Tom, simply stunning, there really is a lot going on in there, almost 3d, I feel I could get lost in it, very well presented!

Wow! That's great. That Ha ridge with the bok globules does have some awesome colors.

Van den Bergh must've had eyes like an eagle to be able to pick out some of the objects he did!!!!!

Definitely unique and obscure. Great overall vista, the object itself is not particularly endearing but your capture is as always fabulous.

As far as brown background goes, some areas do seem quite brown though aren't they?
