Hi - I have a Canon 400D which does not have "live view" which of course is a very valuable feature for initial image focusing, centering etc.
I make do by clicking on the image in my view program as the multiple exposure images come in (I use Irfanview) This is ok but I would like to have my hands free to concentrate on focusing etc. It appears to me that this simple function (ie viewing each new image as it appears in the image directory) could lend itself to automation using simple software. Unfortunately, I do not have the skills to do this but does anyone know whether such a software utility would be practicable or indeed has already been produced? Cheers Peter
Thanks for these suggestions - I will look into them.
Rob - Do you know whether I could monitor Canon RAW images with Nebulosity in this way or would I need to set up using .jpgs?
Cheers Peter
