Astrofest - First Saturday night and a very cold Sunday morning.

Hi,

I was only there for one night this year and did an all-nighter with my mate. You know its cold when you get the milk out of the fridge and it feels warm. JJJ thank you for the wonderful photos and I can not recommend it highly enough. I'm even thinking at this stage of pulling long service and doing the 10 days. Some photos taken Sunday morning at approx -5c.

Mark

Brrrr, it was a cold and frosty morning all right.
And yes, you just HAVE to do the full 10 days.

Bit fresh alright Mark, but as long as you had a great time it would have been worth it, one gets the best skies when it is frosty.

Oh yeah, was it great or what? You know you are alive at that temperature

I know I wussed out some time round 3:30-4ish but it certainly was a fantastic night.

Brilliant conditions! Dew running all over the place - yuck! All frozen solid - excellent! (Just need some localised heating where it matters!)
