"Into the Universe with Stephen Hawking" - anyone catch it?

I recorded both episodes on discovery tonight but haven't watched them yet. They look interesting indeed. I personally have issues in believing that there's similar life on other planets (as I'm of the belief that life exists here on Earth due to some pretty spectacular coincidences concerning the moon) but one of the, if not the best mathematician reckons different. Should be good watch.

I watched both episodes Chris.
The second was the better of the two. Both used good analogies to explain the physics involved.
It was great to watch a doco with up to date science.

Excellent Nettie! I've started watching and so far they use great graphics and sensible narration. I'll try and get through them tonight.

Since when have you had Fox?

I agree Leon - he certainly is!

I missed it! Checked foxtel online guide for next 2 weeks and doesn't look like their going to repeat it anytime soon either. Usually they repeat prime time stuff during the night. Unbelievable, Foxtel is normally jammed with repeats and just one time you want it, they don't do!
