Can I comfortably hand-hold William Optics Binoviewer in Portaball?

I'm tempted to purchase a pair of William Optics Binoviewers from Andrews (containing the two 20mm eyepieces and 1.6x barlow nosepiece).

I intend on using this with my portaball for now. I understand it'll take a nosedive as it's too heavy for the portaball. However, would it be possible to hand-hold the binos in the scope and look through them comfortably? Mainly to be used on the moon and as a trial to see whether binoviewing is for me or not.

Thoughts are appreciated, thanks
