eric, attached is a skippy sky cloud forecast.(for 10m fri 9th july)..it is good in the mroning but the cloud increases into the afternoon-night

Seems that Jen has put a hex on us!!!!!

Lookit this site: http://www.weatherzone.com.au/vic/western/linton Gives info fairly close to Snake Valley, but we all know that Ken will reckon that it's irrelevant.......!!!!!!

Wind may be an issue? (That would be Jen, again!)

Still going to turn up - the coffee and company will be grouse.

Well, it was good for a while.... closed in at about 9.30, with only occasional glimpses of stuff after that.

Brilliant to have an intending astronomer turn up, to investigate everything. With a 'new' eye at the eyepiece, its always grouse to hear 'Wow...look at that.....!!'

And the coffee and company was tops!
