I've only ever heard them referred to as "slow motion controls" but there's a lot of variants under that same name, so perhaps hard to find what you're looking for.
Might be worth ringing a few shops that sell low-mid range mounts and ask if they have any lying around which are no longer needed because motors have been installed instead, or such.
