Trouble with k3ccdtools

Hi All, Hope this is right place for this, loaded new version K3ccdtools on to new laptop which runes vista32 bit all seems OK, but Big Display dos not count images taken, in bottom left corner of screen it says : filter cannot report capture information.

have you tried asking Peter K, the software supplier? He is normally excellent with replies.
