Great information Ron, all the more reason moon should be the first port of call instead of mars, setup a base once the water can be extracted it could be a great launch pad for the outer solar system.

I think the Japanese are getting this covered. Nippon Moon Base 1. Would be good to see man on the moon again as alot of us missed it the first time around (I wasnt born then). I think that once one nation has taken the plunge, alot of other nations will follow and colonisation of the moon will then be very rapid. just have to be able to get that water out of the moon, as oxygen and hydrogen make up most of what we need for further exploration of the solar system. Hope it happens in my life time.
