Very nice shot there mate, your images of saturn are getting better and better.
The colour is better too.
Have you stacked more frames or the same amount as other images?
Because I can't leave my EQ5 out there as a permanent fixture, everytime I setup it's a slightly different polar alignment...pretty hit & miss! ( I use a compass & set 5 deg east of magnetic south) At the focal length I'm shooting at now this really is the telling factor how many frames I can get in one hit. (I'm getting better & can get 4 mins of continuous AVI if I want)
Despite this, I'm having better luck in registax if I keep the AVIs about 800 frames long on Saturn in particular.
RE: the better saturn colours, I agree! I spend a hell of a long time tweaking the colour balance on the toucam than anything else! I don't do the 'check auto balance for 20 secs then uncheck' anymore. I also don't use the fringe killer filter anymore either.
