Hi all, this planetary is magnitude 11.6, size=1.6'x1.6', in the constellation of Pyxis. This is a combination of 5 minute exposures at iso 800 and 10 minute exposures at iso 400. The iso 400 didn't bloat the stars as much and recorded slightly more faint detail.

Hi Lester

Another tiny PN – seems you’re going for these small, challenging yet fascinating objects! Some nice detail for 5 and 10 minute subs – well done.

Cheers

Dennis

Thanks Scott and Dennis for your comments.

Scott I was comparing your image of this, and the detail you have captured of the fainter areas was amazing. That's why I tried iso400, which helped, but I need more than the 3 images I got before the cloud arrived.

I find these planetary nebula suit my set-up when the condtions are not okay for planetary imaging.
