Have aliens hijacked Voyager 2 spacecraft

A bit far fetched....more likely Voyager has reached the end of it's life and is sending back erroneous signals.

IIRC* Voyager 2 had some issues with it's set of transmitters ever since it was launched and they have been nursing the backup transmitter so chances are it's developed a bigger fault.

Hopefully it's rectifiable so they can continue gathering data from it.

(* IIRC = If I Remember Correctly).

Yeah, i saw this on the news and had a bit of a laugh.

It's sending back signals... we can't confirm what they are... so it must be aliens.
