Rho Oph new and improved

The first image is the one I posted the other day, 2hr exposure.
The second has 3 1/2 hr exposure time.
Number 3.....we're up to 5hrs and 50min now.
Images have been cropped and resized 50%.

Another hour will do wonders Just a tad of noise left...look in the legs of the tripod, you'll see it there. it should go with a bit more time.

The second shot is really good

Wow! It's amazing to see the wealth of details, colours and contrast the extra exposures have brought in. Very cool.

It's really hard to fight the urge to stretch the living daylights out of it. Thus the noise. LOL I want more detail!!!

Now thats turning into a masterpiece JJJ ... really looks the goods ... your getting very adept at your craft ... which if I can say IMO is putting your widefield shots amongst the best on the forum ... I would be really happy if I were producing images like this one.
