Classic "sto-mo" re-invented by the looks of it. Original "COTT" was a Saturday Matinee staple when I was a kid.
Looking forward to it!

My first book on skywatching had the Constellations Mythology stories on how they became who they are eg.
"Andromeda was the daughter of Cassiopeia and Cepheus, rulers of the ancient country Ethiopia. When Cassiopeia boasted that she was more beautiful than the daughters of Nereus, the angry sea god sent the monster cetus to ravage the knigdom. Advised by an oracle that the sacrifice of their daughter to Cetus was the only way to appease the god, Andromeda was chained to a rock near the sea. Perseus came to the rescue just in time, swooping down on the winged horse Pegasus. Perseus saved Andromeda by revealing the head of Medusa to Cetus which turned the great monster to stone!'
Definitly going to the flicks for this one!

The old one was on TV today!
The new one was more like 2.5D, very ordinary IMO

Well i saw it today with my son in Mildura Deakin cinema in 3D.
The opening effects were out of this world.
The graphics were spot on.
The story was great.
I liked it.

Cheers Kev.

Saw it tonight. Overall pretty good, lots of action, no secret to the story. The opening sequence was really good. The 3D technology could be used to produce a really good fly through the galaxy/universe.
