Jupiter and Moon at the beach.

Dragged myself out of bed before dawn, as wanted to try and spot comet K5, but also to take some images of Jupiter close to the Moon.
Beautiful morning, with a comfortable 22 dg ... and a few satellities streaming by.
Didnt spot the comet as spent too much time taking photos.

Very nice Liz,

Love the Jupiter moon action and the brooding Luna in number 2.

Cheers

Chris

Looks like a nice view Liz. I set the alarm for 4:30, but was greeted by 100% cloud cover, and shortly after it started raining.

Cheers,
Stephen

Nice Liz. I saw them on my way to the train station and thought should've got early and went photographing.

Haven't been keeping an eye on the conjunctions this year.

Beautiful pics Liz. Looks warm and peaceful, with two gorgeous jewels hanging overhead.

Thanks Mike and Molly
Actually, I didnt realise it was happening, until I checked StarryNight for comets, and saw Jupiter and the Moon.
Checked out Venus and Mercury in hte evening too, but the pics I took ended up in the recycle bin.
