Digital Dob Computer

Greetings,
Are there any homemade versions of Argo Navis.I already have the encoders on my 10"dob.Basically,how do I use the eternet ports of the encoders to interface with my PC,and do the same job as an argo navis.I'm not interested in GOTO ,just point to.Many thanks.

David Ek provides the software which is doing Push-To.

You can also hook CdC to Ek box (or equivalent) via ASCOM driver

Also, Mel Bartels solution is also to be considered
http://www.bbastrodesigns.com/BBAstr...ted_Telescopes

It accepts the encoder input (via Ek box or mouse interface) and it is freeware.
You do not have to use steppers as part of the bartels' system (but you will want to, very soon I am sure.. if not for Goto then for tracking )

There are no problems getting the board or programming the processor here... . If you know how to make PCB.
