Centaurus A

Hi all.
Finally it seems the skies here have settled down.
It always seems after battling the hot dry windy period of summer where I am, April brings in the cooler weather and low pressures with rain.
Plus DLST here is gone.... I sigh with relief and life is normal again.
Well, still clouds waffling around, but generally clearish to be able to get out and do something.

Enough of that...
This image has a collection of lum data taken last year as well as from Saturday and Sunday night.
Conditions were average but a hell of a lot better than in the last 4 months.

Click on the thumb on my front page

If you have Firefox, enlarge the image, (ctrl +) it should handle a fair bit.

BTW, love my SX filter wheel... no more trudging out to rotate manually, just re centre, move to next filter.

All the best
Rich

Hi Peter,
looks as though my site is down at the moment...

I'll have to see what's happening tomorrow unless it comes good tonight some time.

Cheers
Rich

Thanks very much Marc for the nice comments.
Has been a hiatus with bits of this and that over the months so was good to get an image to completion.

Have just been out putting some Ha to my other just posted image of IC4628... lovely area and one I've missed over the years.
Just good to be out!

All the best.
Rich
