New mount for my Mewlon 250 on the way

I've been looking for a new mount for my Mewlon 250. I had it on a Vixen Sphinx SXW which was not quite enough mount for it. I lucked into an older Parallax HD 150 used (with the 7.5" Byers gears) for a great price. Here's how it looked when I bought it (just the mount, not the Newt or pier)

It's a Parallax Instruments getting a portable pier made and being repainted. It should look just like this when it gets done, except mine has stainless steel weights ...

It should do the job ...

Thanks guys! I do plan to take it to our annual star party and out to our piece of land in the mountains at 9000 feet elevation a couple of times a year. Other than that it will sit on a pier I'm having run through my deck.

Regards,

Chuck
