CCD Commander &CCDstack problems

I have just spent the better part of two days trying to download these
programs having paid quite a lot for the licences. I have used 3 different
computers each with XP Pro o/s. I can get CCDstack loaded but it will
not accept the licenc provided. CCDCommander downlaods two files,
one called Setup.exe and one called CCDCommander.msi, the former opens
a small window CC DCommander with a smaller similarly headed window
with the message Run-time error '5' invalid procedure or argument. The
.msi loads a folder called ccdcommander which jhas twop folders, images
and logs in it
Anyone who can help please do. Both programs are I believe quite good, but
the downloader and associate securitu is just disfunctional. Gerald.

You're best posting to the CCDWare forums and talk to Stan Moore.

Hi Gerald

Sorry to hear of your installation woes.

Here is a screen print showing what the CCDStack files look like in my download folders. I have shown the zipped and unzipped folders so you can compare file sizes, etc.

Cheers

Dennis

For CCD Commander I suggest asking on the Yahoo group:

http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/CCDCommander/

It is a great program, and the author is very helpful in answering any queestions.

Roger.
