6" Achro on DSO

Hi all,

Tonight before to get in my main telescope, I wanted to give a try with the 6" (150 f8) chinese refractor on DSO... I was curious about how it deals while picturing deepsky objects.
Following is a shot of M42... just one shot, 45 seconds/ISO 800, Canon 1000D.
I believe even if not suitable for the purpose, this guy has potentiality... Compared with my ED80 there is no story but the amount of details gathered in such short time makes me hope that I can try next time for a longer guided exposure.

What you think?

Thanks Bob, I think it is good for that kind of telescope.
I bought it from Andrewscom, it is a Skywatcher 150x1200.
