See my solar model at MPAS viewing 5 March

As most people who live down the Mornington Peninsula are aware, MPAS have their public viewing at The Briars on the first Friday of the month, before the viewing starts we have a talk in our storage shed which I have been giving on and off for the last few months. I have just about finished a talk about the solar system where I will be using my newly completed solar model, posted in the ATM group of IIS. The talk will be the first time I have tried using the model to illustrate my talk, so it will be interesting to see how it all goes!

If you would like to have a look at the model and see how my talk and model work together, come along and please feel free to bring along friends.

I had to change my talk in the last week or so as I don't quite have the talk finished, so I gave a talk about the planets and just used some of the planet models. I think I should be ready to go with it next month (April).

We had a pretty good turnout though, with 100% cloud, rain and not a hope in hell of seeing anything, we still managed 30 people. So, yes, I did talk for longer.

Sorry I missed it. My wife is being induced today (2 weeks over) and she really wanted me to stay at home.
I will catch it next time.
