Ar11045, 11.2.10

Plenty of action on the solar disk today, with good conditions here in London this morning (zero degrees) until cloud build-up around 11.30am. Here are the first three images from today, AR11045 in Ha, with closeup, and the same region in white light:

A very impressive portfolio, as I imagine at around 51 ½ deg N, the Sun will only get to around 20-25 degrees above the horizon even at mid day.

Cheers

Cheers all, and thanks Dennis. Sum is low here and a mixture of trees and our house mean the imaging window at the moment is 10.00am-12.40. Great conditions yesterday though.
