alignmaster - still waiting for serial

Anyone know if this product is still alive? I requested a trial serial code for alignmaster on Monday, and still haven't received it yet.

VERY keen to give it go...

Hi Tim,
it took Matthias about 3 days to get a trial serial to me. Didn't do me much good however (yet), as it's been cloudy ever since

thanks guys - its obviously not an automated system - he must be generating the serials by hand. Hope he is not on holidays

it took me a year and a day, at the end of the day i tried it, and found a good drift align to be far more effective.

Fair enough - Ive basically just mastered(ing) drift align, and it still takes me some time. wouldn't mind having something that gets me close at least.

Hi there, the thing that kept me from getting good alignment (well good by my standards! )initially in Alignmaster was that I kept forgetting to set the ASCOM User interface to "Dialogue Based" (whilst in
Alignmaster ) and switch it back to "Append on sync" for you planaterium software.
Are you doing that?
