Better hurry up with things, then, hadn't we....I might just mention to SWMBO that I should urgently buy the 21 ethos in case there is nothing left to look at soon....

I believe there is a great restaurant at the end of the universe.

Yeah the reviews put it right up there with the "Big Bang Burger Bar".

So now we need to reduce our entropy footprints which the government will assist us with by bringing in a new entropy tax.

"We make the first tentative estimate of the entropy of dark matter.."
"We highlight several caveats pertaining to these estimates..."

Hi Steven & All,

First of all, thanks for the links -- very interesting paper but your witty quips fellas put a big smile on my dial for the first time in a week.

Ah yes Rod, but surely the energy expended (and lost irretrievably) in producing the eyepiece will only add to the problem. If you buy it, the Universe will become uninhabitable even more quickly. You don't really want to contribute to accelerating the demise of the Universe. Really,!! How could you ...

Yep, and not one mention of Nibiru.

Classic. They couldn't loose -- entropy always increases. We've had those big, black nasty-looking balloons in the T.V commercials about "carbon pollution". I wonder how they will portray/depict entropy. The mind boggles. So much adervising talks about this or that product being "carbon neutral" when will we see "entropy neutral" products I wonder??

As one wise man once wrote:

The laws of Thermodynamics summarised:

(1) You cannot win.

(2) You cannot break even.

(3) You cannot leave the game.

With the laws of thermodynamics as they are, this Universe was pretty much doomed to start with anyway ...

Best,

Les D
