Help. Looking for a Sony HAD chip for DSI III OSC

There's good news and there's bad news.

The good news:
I've been playing around putting a TEC on my DSI III, and it's working well. Today with ambient 36C, coldfinger was 3C, and Chip temp going down to 13 when I turned it off.

The bad news:
I did final assembly of the unit a couple of weeks ago and decided to let it run at about 1/2 cooling, with the fan on max, for a week or so in my obs, "just to see how it went"..... (It functioned correctly then).

Lots of rain during that time here in Bris, and so lots of humidity.

Got around to trying the camera imaging last night as skies looked good, and voila - no real picture, just a wierd white area at the top, and fine noise under that. Tried all the tricks, but basically no sensible output from the sensor. Even tried it with a torch, Zilch.

I opened the camera today and found corrosion had started on the sensor pins due to prolonged condensation...Removed and cleaned all, but still no joy. I would like to investigate buying another sensor chip, it's a Sony ICX285AK Exview HAD. 1.4MP, and is apparently used in other types of digital cameras as well, so not too rare.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I may source one in Oz?
