The things I do for people.
A collegue who is working on an LNG project in Siberia (yes Siberia)
has gone and "broken" his scope. He wants me to try and get a replacement. The problem is he's very specific, he wants either of:
Stellarvue SV105 with the 6.2 LZOS lens or an SV115 with ditto (don't know the f Ratio).
After some to-and-fro over a satellite phone, he's decided he can "settle" for one of the following:
Televue NP101/101is
Takahashi FCT(?)100
WO FLT110 with TEC glass
WO FLT110 Lightweight
Pretty much anything over 90mm with a LOMO lens (I thought Lomo were rubbish?)
Basically any high quality f5'4 - f7 refractor in the 100-120mm class
He can pay up to $????, but nothing OTT
Nice for some.
