Question Moon quiz

Anyone would know where this is located? It was taken along the terminator the 25th of November 2009. The field is 8.2' x 6.5' . Still looking to find an online lunar atlas. Thanks.

Nice shot Marc - three craters l-r are Purbach, Arzachel & Alphonsus. Straight line across crater centre-top is Rupes Recta ("The Straight Wall").

PS - Google "Virtual Moon Atlas" for a freebie - it's not too bad!

Cheers -

Thanks for the info and the links Rob. I googled the names you gave me and checked some pics of the craters. Geez!... What an eye opener. I need to work on my focus.
