Great lights for Flats and night observing

Hi All

So I was at ikea last week to pick up a table and came across some cheap lights. First thing I though was "hey, perfect for the tree this Christmas"

So I picked up a whole set not knowing what colours they were.

When we got home, the Mrs set them all up I stuck in some batteries (2x1.5V AA), hit the switch and other ideas now came into mind.

- The red cable one is Absolutely perfect for night time vision (being red)
- The black one is Absolutely perfect to fit into your light box (being yellow-ish)

All for a measly sum of 3.99 each, less battery cost (just don't take the ones from the remote.. I now know what it feels like to have a slap at the back of the head )
