Hello I`m back too!

Hi everyone!
Long time no IIS or much else of civilization but I`m back up and running! glad to be around again. Boy it`s fun living out of a few boxes!
Since we sold up in May we have been living rough with just a 1kw genny and a caravan on our 20 acre bush block up from Glen Innes N.S.W. Now that we have power connected and yesterday a phone line and the ROR observatory (most important) is up and has seen first light.
The house plans have been approved by council so I shall have a very busy year ahead of me!
So hello everyone again and I have heaps of catching up to do!

Thanks Mike! Good to be back. Glad to see one of your pics at the DM awards.. Got the 4" televue setup for some HH/flame neb shots but has been too windy to open the roof. I shall upload a few pics of our new place when the batteries charge up!

Hi Ric, Hope all is well your way! The skies are pretty dark but still have some LP from town as we are not far out from Emmaville. but it`s only minor...

Hi Adam, Yeah , nice skies lots of trees and roos for company. Have a bit of a outlook to the north which is nice and we catch a nice cool breeze being high up!

Yes lots of work but we have done heaps in a few months! No problems, glad you liked the rocks, still waiting for a big one to land in the backyard!
