Lightbulb Such Joy! The "Kookaburra Telescope?"

"On 1 June 2010 the UK formally withdraws from the Anglo-Australian Observatory (AAO), ending a 43-year partnership between the UK and Australian governments that led to the construction of the Anglo-Australian Telescope."
*

So it seems that it will soon become OUR OWN Australian telescope!

Jolly good to hear! Soon we will all be standing on our two feet by ourselves looking skyward for our own backyard. Such joy and rapture!!
Now as the name "Australia Telescope" is taken by the CSIRO's radio radio telescope, what should the new name of the telescope be?
Perhaps we should encourage them
(Federal Government and astronomers ) to name it the new

"Kookaburra Telescope" ??
