Barry certainly inspired me to try for this object.
He has certainly done a fantastic job to get so much detail.
The outer ring (star forming blue areas) are SOOO dim.
Now for some excuses!

CCD chip was 24-26 degrees.
Gully breezes were playing havoc with the tracking.
1st quarter moon was up.
There was high cloud during parts of this capture.
But I got the ring!
It certainly inspires me to try for this object when I have a cooler
CCD, no moon and the BEST seeing.
PS: Aladin shows that one of the 3 faint galaxies visible in my
shot (the one at 8 oclock, far left, is a mag 16 galaxy)
