Adaptor machining

Does anyone know of a place in Australia that I could use to turn up adapters like Feldstein ones. You know tubes of aluminium with threads each end and anodized. Why do we have to source this stuff from America ??? Surely someone in Australia is heaps smart enough to do this ???

I think there is one or two expert machinists on this site. I have seen some of their work posted.Very nice! I just can't remember who.
