Am thinking of getting rid of two little laptops that i have, but i thought i would throw it open on here, to see if people would be interested.
Lot 1 :
Acer Aspire One, Blue, couple of scratches on lid, but nothing much at all, and nothing on the screen or keyboard etc. has 9" screen, very small and light, handy for travelling! ear, mic, VGA, and 3 USB sockets, 2 individual card readers built in also, has Intel "g" wireless, and 10/100 NIC. But the great thing about this, is what i have done to it. added aftermarket HSF for better cooling, and an extra 1Gb of DDR 2 (so thats 1.5Gb in total), and a 320Gb SATA HDD!, boots in seconds, runs all Astro packages beautifully, handy thing for out in the field.
Lot 2 :
HP 6220 Laptop, graphite grey, great condition, 14" screen, Pentium-M 1.7Ghz (equiv of P4 2.8Ghz) DVD/CR-RW, 1 Gb RAM, 3 USB ports, NEW battery fitted last month, lasts over 2 hours, IR, PCMCIA slot, VGA out, Mic and Ear out, Card Reader slot, Intel 2200BG Wireless, and only last week i fitted it with a 250Gb HDD. small, slim, and light, and great for out in the field. Tested with Maxim DL, and works great.
