Dust

Hi all,

Did anyone notice the dust yesterday?

Couple of shots from our place.

Down our street without and with dust. My son said that the Sun looked blue, I guess that the red had been scatttered out leaving more blue in the light from the Sun.

SE Qld didn't cop the worst of the dust but it was still impressive.

My critters all reacted to the dust storm, wanting to get under cover and away from it. Just like us I guess. I was in lock down with all windows and doors closed.
Thanks for posting the pics.

It looks like the reverse lights are on, on the car and kitty is going to cop it.
ooh, just had a flash back to the time I ran over my kitty kat.

Relax, the cat is OK.

Just after I took the picture she went inside and slept on our bed for the rest of the day - unlike the kids and the dog.

I had the camera on full auto and it fired the flash, hence the reflection from the tail-light. The cat nearly went under the wheels of the neighbours car when she was a kitten and has had a very healthy respect of vehicles ever since - again unlike the kids and the dog.
