lpi picture of mars early this morning

took this pic using lpi with lx90 with meade x2 barlow inserted before the diagonal to give nearer x3 . Not as clear as toucam pics but i like the challlenge . seeing was fairly good so i took a pic of nebula in orion using a homemade focal reducer. i know its not the place but i thought i'd post it along with the mars pic .

how does one "make" a focal reducer

nice shots there. plenty of detail on mars and nice trap in m42

great mars piccie, and i like the trap. i am keen for my modified toucam to have a crack on a scope with tracking at m42!!

The Trap looks great in M42 and Mars has good detail.
