Let the rains begin...

My ED80 arrived yesterday and the EQ6 Pro (which would seem to be an NEQ6 Pro by the packaging) arrived today.

The forecast is for fine weather tomorrow (which means concreting paths around the house) but I'll have to work out what mods I need to do to the pier to fit the EQ6...... in the meantime, let the rain begin I say... the sooner it starts the sooner it over.

Al,

Congratulations, mate.

'tis the season for the arrival of new toys, it appears. Hopefully, mine won't be too much longer (hate having to wait for the clearance of PayPal transfers!)

Regards,
Humayun

Any pics, Al? Drooling over stuff other people have bought seems to prevent me from spending the money myself

You're a patient man, Al!

One thing I've learnt about life (and the weather) ...
cautiously rely on the expected but
never be surprised by the unexpected.

All the best with your new equipment.

Congrats on the toys mate, we'll all brace for the rains to pass.

Imagine if the amount of rainfall was in direct correlation to the size of one's aperture.....

It has been absolutely pouring down with rain here, lots thunder and lightening for the last 2 - 3 hours. So now I know who to blame for spoiling my night.

Al, No doubt you'll love the new toys mate! Everyone loves toys! .. Hope you get a chance to use them before you incur the wrath of the sky gods!

Heres me, I didn't buy anything.. All i did was borrow a 7nm Ha filter off a mate and the sky has closed up with thick cloud... sigh... What can you do I suppose!

I don't mind a bit of rain at the moment Al.

My dam is looking like a lunar crater at the moment.
