That looks like a very early pic of Canaveral Airforce Base, back when the U.S. airforce was launching 'em by the dozens. If you check the hi-res pic, you can see the Saturn V Vehicle Assembly Building under construction way off in the distance, and the crawler ways leading out to the also under construction launch pads 39A & 39B.
